Located in historical building but recently updated and decorated in modern style with vivid orange colors, Topaz offers everything needed for a comfortable stay in Zagreb. No matter if you are enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and reading about Zagreb or relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, Topaz is a perfect getaway for all those who want to experience city life and historic culture in Zagreb.

The owner Kata met us apartment and explained everything. The apartment was modern clean and comfortable with everything you could want. There was also milk for tea, a bottle of wine, water and biscuits! Great location within walking distance of everything including the railway station. Kata even arranged a taxi for us to collect our car rental.Jane

The location of the property was great. Very close to Historic Zagreb and walking distance to all of the sights that we were interested in seeing. We liked the security aspect of the apartment with an electric gate on the outside and a double door to enter the building. We felt very safe.Susan

This gorgeous place named Topaz is on the ground floor in historical building only 5 minutes walking distance to the main square. It is redecorated a few days ago in very comfortable style bringing you vivid orange colours.
This is a unforgettable location for everyone who prefers the city life and wants to experience it fully. If you come for pleasure, business or just for shorter stay you will enjoy quiet room, walking zone around, and number of restaurants, cafe bars, museums and beautiful spots only few meters away. You can also enjoy in Zagreb with small children – we provide you a child bed.
Although right in the very center, you won’t be bothered by the city noise. street. Apartment has room in the inner even more quiet part of the building. It is more comfortable, more spacious, more intimate and less expensive than the usual accommodation options in Zagreb.
We prepared for you unlimited wireless internet connection, LED 50″ TV in the main bedroom and LED 32″ in the other rooms with more than 150 satellite programs. Air conditioners will make you feel fresh after long walk thorugh Zagreb center.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric devices (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher), small appliances (kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer), as well as all the necessary details for cooking and serving.
Fresh linen and a sufficient number of towels are the standard offer of the apartment. For longer stays cleaning of the apartment during your stay is available with an extra fee.

Getting around

Topaz apartment is near to all of the major cultural and commercial venues, and only 3-5 minutes leisurely walk from the Zagreb’s main city square Ban Jelačić, parks Zrinjevac and Ribnjak, the Upper Town, Stone Gate, Croatian National Theatre, museums (Museum of broken relationships), galleries, concert halls, open market Dolac, tram stations, shops.

Check-in/Check out

We will wait for you in front of the apartment as long as is needed. Please send us info when and how do you plan to come to the city and we will send you how to easily find us. At the arrival day send us sms or call us at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival.
We are happy to help you in any way possible. Whatever you need, we are here for you! We would like to make your stay in Zagreb and in our apartment as pleasant as possible. We will do our best to answer all your needs so feel free to contact us about anything regarding Zagreb and its surrounding area prior to your arrival or during.
If the situation allows we’re flexible about check ins/outs. If we do not have another booking right before/after your stay, you’re most welcome to check in earlier and check out later than usual. Please inform us about your estimated arrival time as soon as you will know your schedule.
Usual check in and out times are as follows:
-Check Out time is at 11:00 am
-Check In time is 3:00 pm or later

Price

Price per night is 100 euro for two guests. For additional guests we charge additional 20 euro/guest. Price include city tax and cleaning fee and there is no additional cost for guests at the apartment.
